Raymond  high precision shining pipe is a state-level new product applied in oil pipe and pneumatic system barrel of construction machinery, oil and gas transportation system in vehicle manufacturing, all  kinds of shock absorbers used in vehicles, motorcycles and others, steel pipe of electric tools,such as electric motor shells ,bick chain and other fields such as hoisting jack, sporting equipment  and  all kinds of gas  springs etc.

       Established in 2002, our  factory has cover an area of 20800 square meters,the building  area is 8000square meters,currently ,we  have 100experienced  technique staffs,5 technicians and 15stes of precision rolled mills.We can produce  450Tons of precision steel tube per month.

Our factory has 20T, 40T drawbench set, pickling & phosphating equipments, LD400 3-roller high precision rolling machine, LD-30 2-roller high precision rolling machine, which are used to produce high quality products. We also have a shining vacuum annealing stove without oxygen, intelligent vortex exploring instruments, high-pressure testers, which can ensure the quality of our products.
